Move Better. Recover Stronger. Get Back to What You Love.

Streamline Performance Therapy provides one-on-one physical therapy and performance-focused rehab for active adults, athletes, and golfers who want to overcome pain, build strength, and keep moving with confidence.

You should not have to stop doing what you love just because something hurts.

Pain changes the way you move. Over time, that can keep you out of the gym, off the course, away from sport, or stuck avoiding the activities that make you feel like yourself.

At Streamline Performance Therapy, the goal is not just to calm symptoms down for a few days. We look at how you move, what your body is asking for, and what your goals actually are and then build a plan to help you recover, get stronger, and return with confidence.

Golf Performance

TPI-informed golf performance assessment and training to help identify physical limitations that may be affecting your swing, comfort, and consistency.

Golf performance starts with how your body moves.

Your swing is not just about technique. Mobility, strength, stability, rotation, and body control all influence how you move through the golf swing.

As a TPI-certified provider, Erik helps golfers better understand the connection between their body and their swing. Through a movement-based assessment, he can identify limitations that may be contributing to pain, inconsistency, or lost power — then build a plan to help you move better and play with more confidence.

Good For:

Golfers dealing with back, hip, shoulder, elbow, or wrist pain

Golfers looking to improve mobility and rotation

Golfers returning after injury

Golfers who want to play longer, stronger, and with less pain
